w10k builds websites for premium brands. This page explains what we collect when you use w10k.net and get in touch, and how we handle it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email and message you enter, plus the page you sent it from. That is the only personal data you actively give us. We do not ask for, or store, payment details on this site.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and, when running ads, Google, Meta and TikTok measurement tags to understand which pages and campaigns work. These record anonymised usage — pages viewed, rough location, device type — not your identity. You can block them with any standard ad/tracker blocker.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. We use analytics only in aggregate, to improve the site and measure advertising. We never sell your data, and we never send unsolicited marketing.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored securely with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting). We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up, then remove it on request.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us. Email hello@w10k.net and we will action it promptly.
